Catering Policies

    Full Service Catering
  • Minimum Guests: 40 on weekends, 30 on weekdays.
  • Deposit: $200 non-refundable to book.
  • Payment: Balance due 2 weeks pre-event, excluding tax/tip. 3% fee for credit card payments.
  • Buffet Service Duration: Approximately 1 hour from the specified start time. Coordinate with your guests accordingly.
  • Extra Time: $200 per additional hour. Inform at booking if needed.
  • Children: Under 3 eat free.
  • No Doggy Bags: Charges are per person, not by food quantity. Specify if you want leftover food when booking.
  • Travel: Free up to 15 miles, charges apply beyond that.
  • Includes: Linens, buffet skirt, chafing dishes, fuel, heavyweight paperware, utensils, napkins, condiments, serving equipment, beverage coolers.
  • Not Provided: Lighting, tents, trash cans, tables, chairs. Trash removal not included.

Each lunch consists of one each of the following:

  • Sandwich: deli ham, turkey, or roast beef on assorted breads with or without: cheese, lettuce, tomato, and condiment packets
  • Fresh Fruit: an apple or orange
  • Potato Chips: assorted single serving bags
  • Dessert: candy and a brownie or cookies
  • Snack: a granola bar, peanuts, or trail mix

Boxes can be randomly packaged by us or separated for you to choose.

Add assorted beverages to the boxed lunch for $1

Sit-Down Dinner Meals

Our Staff, dressed in black tie attire, will set-up, plate, serve each meal and clean up all guest tables for the following meals.

We also provide heavyweight paperware, plastic utensils, salt and pepper shakers, dinner roll baskets, and condiments as needed.
